If you have an emer­gency dur­ing the week­days between 8.00am to 8.30am and 6.00pm to 6.30pm — please ring (01934) 732024. If your emer­gency occurs Out of Hours between 6.30pm to 8.00am, and/or dur­ing all day Sat­ur­days, Sun­days and Bank Hol­i­days — please ring the Out of Hours Med­ical Ser­vice on 0845 408 8000.

NHS Direct can give you med­ical infor­ma­tion 24 hours a day. They will advise on any­thing from how to get emer­gency con­tra­cep­tion, to where to find a phar­ma­cist or where to go for emer­gency den­tal treat­ment. You can also find rou­tine health and advice for you and your fam­ily on the NHS Direct online web­site.

Remem­ber: If you or a mem­ber of your fam­ily believe you are crit­i­cally ill and need med­ical help imme­di­ately, tele­phone 999 and ask for an ambulance.

You should always call an ambu­lance for any of the fol­low­ing:
Chest pains
Loss of con­scious­ness
Pro­fuse bleed­ing
Severe breath­ing difficulties
